It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all shipping information is accurate before completing a purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping addresses cannot be modified.

International Orders

International shipping fees charged by Stainout System do not include customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country. These charges are set and collected by local authorities, and Stainout System cannot estimate or waive them. We encourage international customers to check with their local customs office prior to placing an order.

If an international shipment is declined due to unpaid customs fees, duties, or taxes, Stainout System will refund the purchase price less original shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
